2025 for PROVIEW LIVING was a year where we re-confirmed that selling real estate quickly isn't about "listing it for sale" but about "strategic planning."

This year, we managed both residential and investment properties, with many successful deals closed within clear timeframes, such as:

Closing a house deal within 2 months

Closing a Bangkok condo deal with a quick, cash payment – no fuss, no delays
And a landmark deal this year: closing on a 41-rai palm oil plantation, a property valued in the tens of millions.

Additionally, some actual property transfers in 2025 include single-story detached houses in various locations in Suratthani city, such as Vasana Village, Soi Srikasem, Soi Luksue 7, Soi Srivichai 16, and Sri Urai-Amper Road Village, as well as Hive Sathorn condo (Sathorn, Bangkok) and a 41 rai 83 sq. wah palm oil plantation in Tha Chang District, Suratthani, which have all been successfully transferred.

This also includes houses from various village projects in Suratthani province, where we managed the marketing and pushed sales until the deals were successfully closed.

If there's one case that best illustrates PROVIEW LIVING's work method, it would be the palm plantation deal at Sam Yaek Wang Nao, Pak Chalui Sub-district, Tha Chang District, Suratthani Province.

Before we took over, this plantation had been listed for sale for years. The owner initially priced it over 20 million baht and gradually reduced it. While some customers showed interest, they didn't commit because the price was too high, and the market wasn't actively moving.

Our difference lies here: we don't let "not buying yet" mean "disappearing completely." Instead, we systematically collect information on interested customers, track their status, and follow up on their interest. We know that someone interested today might be ready to buy when the "price is right."

Then, we elevated the game by implementing a marketing strategy that made it easier for customers to see the property clearly and make a decision. We started by surveying the area, taking both ground-level and aerial photos to clearly show the boundaries of the plot, the surrounding atmosphere, and the environment, determining the location's characteristics. Then, we used this information to spread the sales efforts across multiple platforms, including Facebook, IG, and LINE Official Account, as well as community groups for buying and selling houses, land, and condos in that area and nearby, to reach the target audience more precisely.

And to help customers decide even faster, we created video review content on TikTok and YouTube to show the actual location in moving images, helping customers visualize, understand the potential, and feel more confident.

The results were clear: the video garnered tens of thousands of views within 1-2 days. Coincidentally, the owner adjusted the price to the late teens, so we immediately followed up with the saved customers. That group of customers also saw our marketing materials at the perfect time. Ultimately, the deal closed beautifully with a cash payment of over 10 million baht within just a few days.

This case clearly emphasizes that quick sales don't come from frequent postings, but from making the "right people" ready at the "right time."
