What is a Co-Agent?


A Co-Agent is an individual or external agent who collaborates with Proview Living in selling real estate, receiving a commission share based on the actual work performed, under the Proview brand and standards.

Commission Payment Principle: Commission is paid only after the transfer of ownership is completed — calculated cumulatively (reaching a level earns all prior levels). Work levels must be agreed upon and specified in the Co-Agent contract before starting work every time.

Listing a property with Proview — How to notify and proceed?


Co-Seller Agents who wish to list a client's property (property owner) with Proview must follow these steps before starting any marketing activities.

Notify Proview
Send basic information via Line: Owner's name, Location, Type, Desired price by owner

Proview On-site Visit
Within 3–5 business days, the Proview team will visit to assess the price, take photos, and produce content.

Sign 2 Agreements
Property owner signs brokerage agreement
Co-Agent signs Co-Agent agreement

Proview Starts Marketing
Listing on portals, running ads, posting on social media immediately — Co-Agent receives ready-to-use materials.

Joint Follow-up
Co-Agent receives lead reports and follows up until the deal closes — receives commission after transfer.

Copy of title deed / Nor Sor 3 · Copy of owner's ID card · If there are co-owners, all must sign.
Who determines the selling price?
Proview analyzes market prices and recommends a price — the final decision is made by the property owner, no coercion.

Co-Agent Application Process

Contact Proview

Specify desired work type (Co-Seller / Co-Buyer) along with basic information about the property or buyer.

Determine Work Level

Proview will discuss and agree on the work level (CS1–CS5 or CB1–CB6) that the Co-Agent will be responsible for.

Sign Co-Agent Agreement

Draft and sign the Co-Agent Agreement, clearly stating the property, work level, and commission rate.

Start Work & Receive Commission

Proceed with the agreed-upon tasks — receive commission after ownership transfer within 3 business days.

Frequently Asked Questions


If my parents want to sell their house, do I need to register as a Co-Agent?
No — In this case, the property owners (parents) directly list with Proview, signing a regular brokerage agreement. There's no need for a Co-Agent agreement, and you won't receive a separate commission, as you are not acting as a Co-Agent.
Can I work on multiple properties simultaneously?
Yes — but a separate Co-Agent agreement must be made for each property, and the level of responsibility for each agreement must be clearly stated.
If a deal doesn't close, will the Co-Agent receive any payment?
No commission will be received — all types of commission are paid only after the ownership transfer is completed. Marketing and advertising costs invested by Proview are borne by Proview itself.
Does a Co-Agent need a brokerage license?
Not mandatory — general Co-Agents do not need a license, but must work under the Proview brand only. The drafting of contracts, signing, and receiving deposits are solely Proview's rights.
Can a Co-Agent assist with bank loans?
Yes — If a Co-Buyer Agent assists with bank loan applications, prepares documents, and follows up on approval results, they will receive an additional 5% of the Buyer side (7,500 Baht for a 10 million Baht property).
Can a Co-Agent use Proview's name in advertising?
Yes, but written permission from Proview must be obtained first, and it must be used according to the specified Brand Guideline — do not create content or advertise without approval.
