What marketing materials can Co-Agents use?
Listing a property with Proview — How to notify and proceed?
Co-Seller Agents who wish to list a client's property (property owner) with Proview must follow these steps before starting any marketing activities.
Copy of title deed / Nor Sor 3 · Copy of owner's ID card · If there are co-owners, all must sign.
Proview analyzes market prices and recommends a price — the final decision is made by the property owner, no coercion.
Co-Agent Application Process
Contact Proview
Specify desired work type (Co-Seller / Co-Buyer) along with basic information about the property or buyer.
Determine Work Level
Proview will discuss and agree on the work level (CS1–CS5 or CB1–CB6) that the Co-Agent will be responsible for.
Sign Co-Agent Agreement
Draft and sign the Co-Agent Agreement, clearly stating the property, work level, and commission rate.
Start Work & Receive Commission
Proceed with the agreed-upon tasks — receive commission after ownership transfer within 3 business days.
