Breach & Penalties Breach & Penalties
- Selling the property independently without going through the Agent
- Appointing another person or agent to sell on their behalf
- Providing personal contact information directly to buyers to circumvent the Agent
If breached, the Property Owner agrees to pay damages as follows:

Cancellation Terms Cancellation Terms

General Terms General Terms
- The Exclusive Period + Protection Period expires.
- The property is successfully sold and ownership is transferred.
- The contract parties mutually agree in writing to terminate.
Certification & Execution Certification & Execution
Both parties certify that they have the authority to sign this agreement. All information is accurate and true. This agreement is made in two copies, both with identical content. The contract parties have read and understood it well, and therefore affix their signatures as evidence in the presence of witnesses.
