    Client sends property details — location, size, highlights, price, initial photos (if any)

  2. 02

    Select Package & Confirm

    Select desired package → Receive quotation → Pay 50% deposit

  3. 03

    Script Development & Schedule Shoot

    Team develops script + shooting angles → Sends for client approval → Schedules shooting date

  4. 04

    On-site Shooting

    Drone shots + Insert shots according to the approved script (takes 2-4 hours, depending on the package)

  5. 05

    Editing & Review Submission

    Edit clip + Color grade + Add music/text → Send draft for review

  6. 06

    Revisions & Delivery

    Revise according to the specified rounds → Deliver final files → Pay remaining 50%

Terms and Conditions

  • Prices do not include travel and accommodation expenses — charged based on actual distance.
  • 50% deposit required before work begins / remaining 50% paid upon delivery of work.
  • Revisions exceeding the specified number of rounds will incur an additional charge of 2,000 Baht/round.
  • Clients must prepare the property for shooting before the scheduled date (cleaning, tidying up).
  • In case of cancellation after a shoot has been scheduled, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Final video files will be delivered in MP4 format (1080×1920 / 9:16).
  • The copyright of the clip belongs to the client, but Proview Living may use it as a portfolio and feature it on its platform.
  • The clip will be displayed on the Proview Living platform to increase visibility — no additional charges apply.
  • Referral Fee of 1.5% of the sale price — If interested parties contact us through Proview Living, we will provide their phone number to the property owner to close the sale themselves, and the Referral Fee will be collected upon successful closing.
  • Prices may be adjusted based on the complexity of the property and will be communicated in advance.
