Principle: The total 3% commission is split equally between two sides — Seller Agent 1.5% is responsible for the property owner from listing to transfer, and Buyer Agent 1.5% is responsible for the buyer from finding to transfer. If Proview handles both sides, they receive the full 3% commission.

Key Terms and Conditions


Topic Conditions
Commission Split Payment will be made only after the property transfer is completed; no advance payments.
Work Level Confirmation Co-Agent must inform and agree on the work level (B1–B4) before starting work, via Proview's Co-Agent Agreement.
Marketing Cost Seller side is responsible for all marketing costs — Co-Agent on the Buyer side is not required to contribute to advertising costs, but if the deal does not close, the Co-Agent will not receive any commission.
Unsuccessful Deal No commission will be paid to any party. Proview will bear the advertising and marketing costs incurred.
Co-Agent must use Proview's brand All presentations and communications with the Buyer must be under the name Proview Living only. No other company names are allowed.
Property Information and Leads Property information and lead names provided by Proview are confidential — Co-Agent must not use them with other agents.
Property price below 3 million Baht To be considered on a case-by-case basis, as the commission is low. Different ratios may apply.
Important: This document is an Internal Framework of Proview Living — it should not be shared with Co-Agents before team approval. A formal Co-Agent Agreement should be prepared before starting work every time.
