To ensure the most effective sale of your property, we would like to explain our real estate consignment service models as follows:
Service model
Consigning with us is an "Exclusive Agent" model, meaning you grant us the sole right to sell your property.
Our team will manage and oversee all aspects of the sale, such as:
- Comprehensive planning and marketing
- Screening genuinely interested buyers
- Negotiating and closing the sale
If external agents (Co-Agents) are interested in co-selling, they can contact us directly. We will coordinate, negotiate, and manage the commission sharing process completely.

Standard commission
- Commission is 3% of the selling price.
- If Proview Living closes the sale within 3 months from the date the owner confirms consignment, the commission will be 4% of the selling price.
